Be Part of Ad 2 Madison’s Board of Directors

Ad 2 Madison currently has two opportunities to become involved with the Board of Directors. Looking to beef up your résumé, create something fun or be a part of something worthwhile in the communications industry? Read on to see how you can be a bigger part of Ad 2 Madison...

Ad 2 is currently searching for a Webmaster. The Web site is one of the most important outlets we have for communicating with our membership - be a part of it! The Webmaster's responsibilities include:

  • Following up with committee chairs for updated content
  • Assisting Board Members with timely web postings
  • Offering web design and content input
  • Attending monthly Ad 2 Madison Board meetings as needed

Ad 2 is also currently looking to fill an Assistant Creative Chair position on our Board of Directors. The assistant position was created to provide you with an introduction to the Board. After a year as assistant, you would then move up to the Creative Chair position.
 
As Assistant Creative Chair, you will help the Creative Chair with the following:
 
  • Developing materials as requested that keep the consistent, recognizable Ad 2 Madison brand
  • Creating a quarterly newsletter from materials submitted by other committee chairs
  • Assisting Education and Programming Chairs with the development of their quarterly postcard mailings
  • Creating and printing signs with our logo as needed that can be used at events
  • Assisting other committees with creative needs as requested
  • Attending monthly board meetings in the event the Chair can't make it and providing a short report about what your committee has been working on
