Ad 2 Madison Win in Club Achievement Competition

For the 4th consecutive year Ad 2 Madison will be taking home awards at this summer’s American Advertising Federation National conference. The local young professional organization has won numerous club achievement awards in past years and in 2008 has been announced as the second-place winner in the Club Management, Public Service, and Government Relations categories. Ad 2 Madison is also being awarded third-place in the Diversity competition. Select members will also be heading to Atlanta in June to compete in the Public Service presentation.

“I am extremely proud of the hard work put in this past year by Ad 2’s board and members,“ says Julie Johnson, President of Ad 2 Madison. “Our organization thrives on the participation and dedication of its members, and I really feel like everyone involved truly deserves to be recognized like this on a national level.”

Ad 2 Madison is a group of active communication professionals under the age of 32 creating future leaders through education, development and networking programs. In the past three years, Ad 2 has created pro-bono advertising campaigns for the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute, Rape Crisis Center, and the Salvation Army of Dane County.
