Ad 2 Madison WOCCU Event Recap

Ad 2 Madison members and guests learned how to become better global communicators when speakers from the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) joined them for a breakfast event on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at the Tommy Thompson building. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, WOCCU is the leading international trade association and development agency for credit unions. Each year WOCCU hosts an international conference with attendees from more than 50 countries. Josh Fetting, International Partnerships Program Specialist, and Mike Muckian, Communications Manager, shared their multicultural marketing and communication approaches with the audience, and provided tips on what to consider when working with different cultures. Attendees took home tools to help them become more aware of cultural differences when planning and executing marketing campaigns. Ad 2 Madison would like to extend a special thanks to Greenbush Bakery for donating donuts.
