Ad 2 Madison has selected The Literacy Network as the 2009-10 recipient of its annual pro-bono advertising campaign.
During a down economy, funding tends to be allocated to organizations that provide basic needs like food and shelter. Ad 2 recognizes that literacy is an essential skill for someone to complete daily tasks and deserves the awareness equal to that of basic needs.
The Literacy Network will work collaboratively with Ad 2 Madison to develop an integrated marketing campaign that may include deliverables such as outdoor, TV, radio and print ads; guerilla marketing; Web/interactive media; and public relations. The group also will work with area vendors to acquire donated or reduced price services to complete projects, such as media placement and printing and broadcast production.
